Welcome to Wynwood
Once an industrial area, Wynwood has transformed over the decades into one of Miami’s cultural epicenters. Homes here range from modest Mediterranean-style two- and three-bedrooms on quiet side streets to high-rise condominiums and ultra-modern lofts. And an abundance of possibilities draws art lovers, foodies and the fashion-forward — as well as corporations and savvy startups — to Wynwood’s upbeat energy. But what ties all the spaces together in this community is an active outpouring of street art and murals gracing buildings, parks and businesses in this vibrant neighborhood.
Today, the Wynwood neighborhood is recognized as a housing market busy with redevelopment activity creating a dynamically hip vibe.
